I experienced my Executive Coach, Vinod Khisty, as a specialist in this field. I felt that I was discovering myself. I could not initially believe that Coaching can really change the attitude of a person. Earlier I used to constantly evaluate others and my communication with them reflected this. Later, after my coaching sessions, I started evaluating myself and recognised that my attitude needs to change.
While Vinod has been very free flowing and open in his discussions, he has kept me focused on my goals. As part of this journey, I have been daily reflecting on where I have succeeded and where I have stumbled in implementing my change agenda and have been regularly discussing this with Vinod. Each of these discussions have helped me in getting new insights about myself and making customised action plans which has enabled me to internalise the change.
I have experienced a significant improvement in my temper and inappropriate & long emails. This has really helped to increase my confidence level and my inter-personal relationships.

I found my working with my executive coach, Vinod Khisty, a very transformative experience. He helped me to gain insight into the area which I needed to work on by helping me integrate inputs from Hogan and 360 degree survey. Each meeting helped me to gain further perspectives and refine my efforts to improve. I appreciate the rigour with which Vinod helped me to implement the strategies of change and action steps decided by me. I could share my reflections of self improvement with my coach and he helped me draw meaningful conclusions and this helped me remain focused on my change in the right direction.
I found myself developing significantly in the area of building trusting relationships and understanding people much better. This enhanced my effectiveness. I felt good when these changes were validated by my colleagues at work.

My coaching experience was very fruitful. My coach, Vinod, helped me dig out the core issues which impacted my performance. This helped me to focus my improvement action on a real issue. It is a journey which I have started in my life and I will remember Vinod for my whole life for helping me to know myself better and know the way to become a better person gradually. I have experienced an improved ability to listen effectively, better interpersonal relationships and reduction in conflicts. This has also improved my ability to manage my department and delegate effectively.
I have found this change also positively impacting my personal life with my wife and daughter.
I found Vinod able to empathise and understand my needs and help me gain new perspectives as well as help me to stay committed to implementing the improvement decisions which I had taken for myself.

I am extremely happy with the Executive Coaching provided to me by Vinod Khisty. He helped me to gain new insights into myself and work on behaviours important to me.
I could experience a gradual change in my behaviours particularly in communicating with impact. I have reached a new confidence level and my anxiety is reduced. These have helped in significantly enhancing my effectiveness.
I have received positive feedback from my senior management and my team members that they have noticed these changes in me. In addition, a formal multirater dip stick survey has also confirmed these changes.
