Vinod Khisty brings 37 years of work experience in multi-functional disciplines of Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources and Project Management in Indian Multinational and Foreign 
Multinational companies. He has worked closely with Chief Executives and Managing Directors of various companies as part of their leadership team and has been actively involved in developing leaders in these organisations. He is analytical in his approach, perceptive of people’s needs, has good business sensitivity and is solution oriented.
Vinod started his career as a production supervisor in the switchgear business of L&T in Mumbai. After completing his MBA, he re-joined L&T in their corporate finance function and was responsible for project evaluation and raising of project finance for around a decade. He later moved to human resources function where he led the HR functions in the Information Technology and Engineering Services businesses over two decades. Most of his experience has been with the L&T Group with a five year stint in between with Siemens before re-joining L&T.
Vinod was the Dean of the L&T’s Project Management Institute which equips L&T managers on Project Management. He was also actively involved with World Vision, which is an International NGO, for a decade and also served on their International Board of Directors
